Log In | Ndax®: Secure Access to Your Crypto*
Clear, secure instructions to access your NDAX account safely, enable two-factor authentication, recover access if needed, and follow best practices to keep funds protected.
Why secure login matters
Accessing your Ndax® account is the gateway to managing funds, trading, and withdrawing assets. A secure login prevents unauthorised access, protects sensitive personal data, and reduces exposure to phishing and credential-theft attacks. The guidance below walks you through the official login flow and practical safeguards you should adopt immediately.
Before you log in — prepare your environment
Use a private, trusted device and an up-to-date browser. Avoid public Wi-Fi for account access and never sign in from devices you do not control. Confirm you are on the official NDAX domain by typing the address directly into the browser: https://ndax.io/. If you received a link by email or messaging, do not click it until you verify its authenticity.
Step-by-step: Log in to your NDAX account
Step 1 — Open the official NDAX sign-in page. Navigate to ndax.io and choose "Sign In" from the top menu. Confirm the secure lock icon and domain in the browser address bar.
Step 2 — Enter your email and password. Type your registered email and password manually; avoid copy/paste from password managers that present unexpected prompts. If you use a password manager, ensure it fills the form only on the legitimate ndax.io domain.
Step 3 — Complete two-factor authentication (2FA). After credentials are accepted, you will be prompted for your 2FA code if enabled. Enter the time-based code from your authenticator app (e.g., Google Authenticator, Authy). If you configured an SMS fallback, expect a code via text, though authenticator apps are strongly recommended for improved security.
Step 4 — Confirm device trust. When signing in from a personal device you use frequently, you may choose "Remember this device" only if the device is private and encrypted. Do not choose this option on shared or public machines.
Step 5 — Post-login checks. Once logged in, review recent account activity from the dashboard and verify open sessions or withdrawal addresses. If anything looks unfamiliar, immediately sign out and contact NDAX support via the official help centre.
Strengthen account security
Enable an authenticator app for 2FA rather than SMS, set a strong unique password using a reputable password manager, and activate any optional account protections offered by NDAX such as withdrawal allowlists and device management. Store your password and recovery codes in an encrypted vault or a physically secure location; never email or screenshot them.
Warning: NDAX staff will never ask for your password or 2FA codes. Do not share these with anyone claiming to be support.
Recovering access
If you forget your password, use the "Forgot password" link on the NDAX sign-in page to request a password reset email. Expect a short verification flow and a prompt to set a new strong password. If you lose access to your authenticator app, follow NDAX’s documented account recovery process and be ready to complete identity verification. Recovery steps can include government ID checks and proof of ownership — keep that information ready but never upload it through an unverified link.
Troubleshooting common sign-in issues
If the site reports incorrect credentials, confirm your email spelling and check for keyboard layout changes (for example, caps lock). If 2FA codes do not work, sync the time on your authenticator app device and regenerate a fresh code. If you still cannot sign in, clear your browser cache, try a different browser, or contact NDAX support through their official help centre at https://ndax.io/support.
Best practices after login
After signing in, confirm whitelisted addresses before withdrawing funds and perform any high-value actions only when you can verify the environment is secure. Review your account’s security settings periodically and remove any old trusted devices. For long-term holdings, consider transferring assets to a hardware wallet or cold storage solution under your self-custody control.
